Hi All

Is anyone using Appliance for GRT

i'm getting following error

ERR - Client for NFS service is either not installed or not running.

Wondering how to enable NFS service on appliance, couldn't get anything in documentation

I think this means Client for NFS services needs to be running on the Exchange Server

I can confirm that NFS is installed and enabled by default on the appliances (presuming it is a 5200 or 5220)

That error should relate to the Exhange Server needing NFS installing / configuring

I believe that you have confuse with NFS inside the appliance, because there are NFS and CIFS share thats it but this is not related to GRT technolgy. if you want to to confiure exchange for single file restore you should enable the NFS in the exchange or sharepoint or active directory server etc..
