NBU Client Service Starts/Stops After Reboot of VMWare Client

During our monthly maintenance window, a lot of servers get rebooted.  After our monthly maintenance window, I get a Status 58 on numerous VMWare clients.  In the Application Events logs, The NBU Client service starts but 5 seconds later, it stops.  The Event ID is 16 but doesn't provide much information at all other than to let me know the service stopped.  Clients and servers are at 7.5.0.3.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can throw my way.

As a side note, I can manually start the service without any issues.

I have not come across this issue but it may be caused by some VMWare components coming up slowly.

Either set a dependancy on it, set it as delayed start or else set its re-try options to keep re-trying.

Does it give any clues at all? Such as the pbx_exchange being slow to start?
