NDMP Backup is failling

Hi,

NDMP backup for Netapp filer is failling on PureDisk, but it is running fine on tape library.

On PureDisk it's failling with below errors.

Does it ever worked fine...?

does the ndmpagent log enabled?

if not could you enable the log and try the backup again , once the backup has been failed  and then pull out the ndmpagent also.

Netbackup version?

Gather bptm & ndmpagent logs.

Run a test to basicdisk, will it work? If so, probably some known issues on the PureDisk storage.
