NDMP Backup get Failed With Status Code 229

Dear All,
The NDMP backup got failed with status code 229 with below error message.
11/21/2012 22:06:07 - Error bpbrm (pid=10438) db_flist_complete failed: events out of sequence - image inconsistency (229) EVS1CHAND DAKC_D_W_M_NDMP_EVS1CHAND 0 1353228738
11/21/2012 22:06:08 - Error bptm (pid=10461) read of TIR file failed: events out of sequence - image inconsistency
11/21/2012 22:06:08 - end writing; write time: 26:12:53
events out of sequence - image inconsistency (229)
Below are the Environment Details.
Master Server
NBU = 6.5.4
OS = Solaris 10
Filer Details,
Storage Type = Hitachi Storage
Filler OS detail: CentOS 4.4
Firmware version: 6.0.1533.33_p

Hi Nagala ,
I already refer this tech note and ask to SAN team for the same but they did't find any kind of FS issu at HNAS level.
They told us to fire the fresh backup and check.

did you try this,
Switch to using "set TYPE=tar" in the policy Backup Selections. Tar does not experience this issue, because it is a path-based history -- the file's directory is part of the path
even after tying this also you are getting same error..
and also make sure you are not trigging the backup, when NAS filer has the lot of I/O

The policy worked before , Now we retriggred the backup agani & waiting for completion.
