    I am running a VM SBG9 gateway for outbound mail and everything is working but I am findind that when bad email goes through the user is presented with a NDR report, this seems to confuse the user since they are not used to seeing this email, is there a way to stop SBG from sending they NDRs on email failure?

    Since SBG queues email for filtering before delivery to the downstream host, in effectively is taking responsibility for the message. Should it have a subsequent permanent delivery error, 5xx level or complete inability to delivery it MUST generate a non delivery report to the sender. 

    When you say "bad email", perhaps there is a more specific problem that we can solve to reduce the NDR's in for these cases?  Please explain in more detail.
