Need to create bootable USB with PGP WDE and SERT Tool

I've been trying to creating a bootable USB stick that will work on PGP encrypted systems to allow the Symantec SERT tool to scan for infections. I am able to create each separately to work on their own but I need a way to combine the two so that when we boot to the stick we can used the pgpwde.exe command line tools to bypass the encryption and then run the SERT tool to scan the drive.
