    Hi Techies,

    Would like to know the possibility of Creating the subtask for the readymade template given by Symantec named "ServiceCatalog.Request.Template".

    I'm planning to customise my own ServiceRequset form with my own Prefix along with the Subtask creation.

    Struckup now in creating the Subtask for the ServiceRequest.

    Please help me with your ideas or approach.

    Hi Sreeedhar,

    The Servicerequest template already creates a task. Not sure what additional functionality you are looking for.  If you can be a little more detailed in what you need that would help.
