  • 1.  Need to disable notifications about port scan attacks

    The gold shield keeps popping up that it is blocking a port scan attack from a certain IP address....I do not want it to come up anymore, how do I stop it?

    Clients tab

    Select your group

    Policies tab

    Under location specific settings select the option next to Client User Interface Control Settings (likely server control)

    Select Customize

    Uncheck "Display Intrusion Prevention notification"

    OK your way out to apply

    This is on an unmanaged client.

    Open the GUI

    Change Settings >> Configure Settings under NTP >> Notifications tab

    Unselect Display Intrusion Prevention notifications
