    Hello snschris,

You will need to contact Technical Support in order to obtain the Cleanwipe program to remove SEP. Have you also tried running a repair install from add/remove or does the MSI installation process still rollback?

Run the SEP Support Tool. It provides some useful information for troubleshooting. It's found in the /Tools folder.

    SEP keeps rolling back

If we have virus in system we cont install the antivirus  before installing antivirus we should clean the system with third party tools like NNS, stinger combofix, Trozen remover.....etc......

After cleaning the machine we should uninstall the SEP old version after uninstalling we should delete the symantec folders in the client machine i.e.,

Go to 'C' drive progream files and delete the symantec  folder and go to common files and delete the symantec folder and document settings  all user application data delete the symantec folder

Restart the machine and install the SEP new version  update with latest version.

They're right. Probably infected by malware. You can try using the Symantec Endpoint Recovery Tool. This is used to remove memory resident malwares. Takes about 2 hours to scan.
