Best Practice references for Symantec Management Platform 7.1

There's a link at the top of the forum threads to a number of videos and docs we're making for DS

Search both Connect and Support for docs on all of those.  Videos are in lower quantity at this time, but there are LOTS of white papers on Software Delivery and such.

Windows XP to 7 migration doc is very dated - I've not gotten around to updating it, though there may be others who've done one out here.

i wish to learn step by step procedure of  creating custom reports ( without the use of the IT analatics ) because my console shows the lab machines and it analytic server may not be configured yet

videos or pdf which give me from start to indepth knowledge regarding reporting is highly appreciable
