I have some troubles with symantec exchange anti spam v.7
antispam puts all multimedia files in quarantine. and what is more interesting
that it puts even file types that are not listed in any of Match List.
and also I cant assign a match list to use for filtering.
but ok.
Why even if I place my multimedia file in to the archive, antispam also place message in to the quarantine.
Even if I create a password protected archive, antispam redirects message to quarantine due to the unscaneble file rule(or encrypted file rule).
How can I fix it ?

I assume you are asking about Mail Security for Exchange. SMSMSE has a rule called the Multimedia File Rule. This rule does not have an editable match list. You would want to turn off that rule and use the file name rule instead.
Well ok with multimedia files we are done.
But how can I fix quarantining archives protected by password?
And I just remember: It also quarantining archives splited on parts....
Yes, we will not be able to scan a multi-part archive, so it's going to be unscannable. You would just want to change the action for the Unscannable and Encrypted File Rules if you want to allow those file. Here is our document regarding this:
