Need Help in Notify Rule

I would like to create a notify rule which will notify the assigned worker if and only if the incident was modifed by the contact as long as the status is not Resolved or Closed. I have the following:
When all of these are true
Version changes and greater than 1
Status is not one of Resolved or Closed
How can I say modifed by contact?

"Modified by worker" is equal to "Guest"
"Modified by worker" is equal to "Guest"
If you use "Modified by worker" is equal to "Guest", does the Notify Rule function as you would expect?
