Are you sure Firewall 100 is a Symantec product? i see that Firewall 100 shows as a Barracuda product.

Yes, It is can be symantec firewall (originaly Nexland). It was a small appliance bundled with SAVCE SMB version.
If the app. is working you can flash it with the full image, which one is initiate a full memory erase.
