Need help in upgrading Altiris Recovery Solution to 7.1

I am currently having Altiris RS 6.2 SP3(build 2801) and planning to upgrade it to Altiris RS 7.1.

Are there any dependencies on Altiris CMS for such upgradation and what procedure needs to be followed for this.

Please guide me through.
