My Norton internet security says it found a Trojan.zeroaccess!in4 and it says manual removal is required. I clicked "Get Help", downloaded the Norton Eraser tool and that didint find anything. I the downloaded the removal tool "fixaccess.exe" and that didint find anything either. Norton keeps giving me the same alerts about this virus and i read the full help page and i'm not sure how to remove it manually. Please Help! I have windows 7 by the way
