  • 1.  need to learn how to clear heartbeat reports

    Howdy all, hope this is in the right area, I need to get my critical errors down to a lot less than they are, and I have a ton of them hiding in heartbeat reports.  How can I clear these?

    it's for Symantec Management Console, but I've been told that that may be getting renamed to Management Platform.
