Need Licensing Help for our config!

This issue has been solved. See solution.

We've added 2 new w2k8 r2 servers at our small business and need to get the newest version since BE 10d cannot backup these new servers. I need help on what licensing options to get. Here's our configuration..

1 2003 SBS server, active directory, exchange 2003 (this is the media server, has the tape drive)

1 2003 standard edition. file server, terminal server

1 w2k8 r2 server, SQL 2008

1 w2k8 r2 server, web server, ftp server

1 xp machine, fax dialer

Can anyone give me some insight on what type of licensing options we have? I'm really confused after reading some documentation on it.

Hello

1 license of  BE2010 for SBS (Core license) which includes license for Exchange + SQL +

    Sharepoint + 75 DLO

1 license for SQL as its installed on a remote 2K8 server.

2 Remote agent for Windows license for File server & Web server

XP machine does not require license keys.

Edit: If you want to perform GRT restore of AD then you would require Remote Agent

        for Active Directory

just another question, do i need a remote agent for the 2008 r2 server running SQL or just the SQL license?

Agent for SQL license includes a Remote agent for Windows license.
