Need more subcategory

Does anyone know how to add more subcategory, currently HelpDesk only allow 1 main category with three subcategory, but I need more subcategory for our environment.
Can someone show me step by step.

The "subWorkItemEditGeneral.ascx" is located in "%ProgramFiles%\Altiris\Helpdesk\AeXHD\templates"
