  • 1.  Need a sample for empty document issue

    Hi,

    It's heard that the outlook protection module may cause an empty doc issue ,if these docs are in Japanese, Korean or such kind of Asian language.

    I am testing this.Can anyone offer me a sample which can duplicate this issue?

    Client info: XP SP2, MR4

    try testing the same on MR4MP1a which is the latest version.

    Actually we didn't meet this kind of issue though we have Asian employees.So I need a sample for testing, from  MR3 to MR4MP1A
