I've found the IncidentManagment SOAP webservice that can be used to create new incidents in ServiceDesk 7.1.  What I need to find (or build) is a web service that accepts an incident ID and dones one of the following:

    • Add a note / comment to the incident.
    • Close or mark Resolved an incident

Has anyone worked with these or know how to make one?

Hi, did you find the webservice?

    Hi!

No, I did find some other webservices though but this is still an open issue.

The lack of online reference and samples is baffling.

Unsure what version of SD you're on, but you might want to look at any of the services/models available in SD.CloseIncidents.

As far as adding notes to a ticket, this might be better handled by using the webservices in ProcessManager.

    Still not found anything.

SDCloseIncidents have no asmx, only aspxes and that won't work for med.

I have looked through all services in processmanager but not found anything related to comments. Not add, not viewing...

    Anyone?
