In need of ServiceDesk 7.1 WebService for Closing Case and Adding Note
I've found the IncidentManagment SOAP webservice that can be used to create new incidents in ServiceDesk 7.1. What I need to find (or build) is a web service that accepts an incident ID and dones one of the following:
- Add a note / comment to the incident.
- Close or mark Resolved an incident
Has anyone worked with these or know how to make one?
