Endpoint Encryption

Hi all, need solution to encrypt files, folders and removable storages,so that users can acess encrypt data on removable devices at home without any encryption software. SEE as i see can do this all, but it needed db and server installed, can it work only in client mode without server ?

The server component is required to create the client packages in the first place so can't really be avoided.  It then manages the client policies after install.
