Endpoint Protection

After fresh Installed a SEP MR4 MP2 on a server  i was getting a problem. Any anti-virus site can't be opend like Symantec, AVG, Kaspersky etc...... But  Internet working is fine........What's the exact problem......No error msg is showing.....

Anyone can help me......

 When i deployed a 32bit package on client pc.....Installation is running and mid of installation is roll back. Installation is not completed.

If you are not able to open security sites. then you are in trouble , you got  a famous virus..

its gonna be hectic for a while but u need to follow all the steps mentioned here.

SEP installation might roll backbecause of this.. u need to clean so that we can run the install

Open a database backup and restore. Then click a backup it automatically choose a path C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\backup. 

I want to assign the different location in back up, when i take a backup

Go to start --> Run---> Type  %temp%,  enter
look for  a file SEP_Inst.log
paste the file here.
If the file is very big, search for return value 3 and paste 10 above and below it .

Also you will need to run the Nortan security scan.
