Need a way to confirm if Shared Insight Cache is working
We recently moved our Shared Insights Cache to a new server, and following the installation, there doesn't appear to be files being sent to the cache server. The SIC service is running, and we've checked the perfomance monitor (Shared Insights Cache) - # of Cache Requests, # of Items in the Cache, etc.
However, the perfromance counters never change. So it doesn't appear to be working properly. We have the default SIC settings within the AV policy set.
Are there troubleshooting steps we can use to confirm the cache is working properly? Should we uninstall and reinstall the Shared insights Cache?
