Endpoint Protection

    Hello,

    I have a server with symantec endpoint protection manager 12.1

    In this software I have added the U.O. "computer" of my Active directory.

    In this U.O. I have some computers.

    I want install Symantec End Point Protection on this U.O .

    I have created a package for that. ( on the symantec of the server ).

    I have only 1 probleme .

    When I look what happen on a computer, I have a window who is asking me an account administrator to install the software :(

    How to define in the package installation ( on the server) that he have to install the software with an account adminstrator ?

    Are you authenticating with administrative credentials? SEP needs to be installed as an admin.

    Use Push Deployment Wizard to install SEP on clients computers.

    Remeber u need administrative rights to install.

    If the client have already sep install or you need to upgrade then use the autoupgrade feature which can help you to upgrade all the clients which are placed in that ou group

    either for new you can use the pushdeployment wizard
