I couldn't find any information on this anywhere, but I find it hard to believe it hasn't been brought up before. The Needed By Date and Follow Up Date return a result of N/A at the top of the process view. See the attached screenshot. How can I get these to populate with the actual Due Date and Warn Date?

Needed by date is populated when an end users submits a ticket via the simple incident form and they enter a "Needed By Date".
The follow up date is populated when an incident is placed in the "Hold" status.
To add to that Brian, you can modify the Technician Incident Form to include the Needed By date if required. I We thought it silly that it wasn't included to begin with so added the field to the form and the basic logic to go along with it in the cases when a client calls and requests a specific due date.
