Team ,
I bought new netbackup appliance model 5220. Also i have Exchange 2010 setup runing in my existing environment and Database is added in DAG.
My query is if i take the backup of Passive server will my logs get purge.

As long as all replication is working correctly with no errors then once the backup has completed it will pass the command to exchange to truncate the logs, even if done on the passive node
