Is NetBackup 6.5.4 a bundle with 6.5 base package?

I was wondering if NetBackup 6.5.4 will include NetBackup 6.5 base package.

Well only someone within Symantec (BCAM would be your best bet) can say a definite yes or no.
That being said - "I understand" that it's going to be 6.5.4GA, which means including base package, from a source with in Symantec Tech Support.

No, it's not a native
No, it's not a native installer. you need to first install 6.5 GA then upgrade to 6.5.4. if there is new support for any OS then it must be full installer.
