Kindly provide me sequence of steps need to be taken during up gradation of 6x to 7x ,Please also provide me the steps needs to take so that if any time we have to rollback our changes it would be possible.

NBU- 6.0 MP4

Master server OS - Windows 2003 SP2 32 BIT machine

Media server OS - Windows 2003 SP2 32 BIT machine & Solaris 9 32 bit machine

Please I need a detailed step by step information as this is a very critical project I am also digging in Symantec Knowledge base but I just need to be confident before updating.
