Netbackup 7.5.0.1 backups fail with 84 when using acclerator

Hi ,
My NBU environment is consist of a Redhat Master Server , 2 5220 Media Servers , 2 5020 Storage Pools (Pure disk) , backups are working via PDDO.
I recently applied the Netbackup Accelerator license to my environment ,
the first backup went successfully , but the subesquent backups using accelerator is failing with error code 84.
Error bptm (pid 32432) cannot write image to disk , Invalid argument,
Info bpbkar done. status: 84: media write error.
Need your help guys on this.

What is the PureDisk version?
Have you checked/verify that OptimizedImage attribute is enabled on Storage Server? Your error is not the same, but it may be worth checking: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH186768
Please post all the info in Details tab of the failed job as well as bptm log. Please post log as File attachment.
Symantec strongly recommends that NBU 7.5.0.4 be used rather than any of the previous 7.5 versions.
