I have a netbackup server on one place with a san storage 4 TB and a librairy.

Backup is disk to disk and disk to tape, my question is now i have a second place and

i want make backup on the same time (redundant) on my secondary places.

How can I configure netbackup for that ?

Thanks in advance

If you want to backup to multiple destinations simultaneously you should use inline copy feature.

Just find it in NetBackup Admin Guide.

No, you just need to install another tape library or VTL.

If you mean you have a separate physical location and you cannot attach that disk to your existing NBU server, you would need another media server. If you are going this route, you can use inline tape copy or duplicate to another location

If you can physically attach the disk you can also use the inline tape copy feature.

There are also some options with Symantecs new storage features that were released with v6.5
