Hi
I have a 1 dedicated server running on window 2008 as master & media server.
All the clients running in server 2008 are registered with BMR.
Can netbackup perform BMR backup with the mention service being disable?
Netbackup bare Metal restore Boot Server
Netbackup BMR MTFTP service
Netbackup BMR PXE Service
Thanks

You can take BMR backup although when these services are disabled.
But these services must be enabled to recover clients by BMR

To add a bit more on Yasuhisa's reply:
Out of these services BMRBS (BMR Boot server) is required for creating recovery pre-requisitre software called as shared resource tree.
BMR supports two recovery modes, one media based recovery and other NW boot recovery.
IF NW boot recovery is intended then you need BMR Boot server and other two services, TFTP and PXE, configured and running.
Thanks.
