NetBackup Catalog backup in queue state

Hi All,
Before 2 days back I cancelled NetBackup catalog backup due to some reason after that it is not coming in running state.
Patent stream kick off its child stream but child stream stuck in queued state.
From the details window I can see only below given contents.
11/26/2009 06:01:38 - requesting resource mediaserver-TLD4-DR
11/26/2009 06:01:38 - requesting resource masterserver.NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS.masterserver
11/26/2009 06:01:38 - requesting resource masterserver.NBU_POLICY.MAXJOBS.hot_catalog_backup
Kindly help on this.

This may help:
BUG REPORT: Hot catalog backup stays queued and won't go active. Detailed status says - "limit has been reached requested resource <resource>.nbu_policy.maxjobs.nbu_catalog_backup"
From which easiest resolution appears to be a re-start of NetBackup.
