Netbackup clients missing on View Builder

Netbackup clients not existed on View Builder,
I got VBR server polled data from Netbackup server but some Netbackup clients are not listed on View Builder. I checked the agent and it is running.
What is the problem and resolution?

We have the exact same
We have the exact same problem hence not being able to report on that client. I almost sent out a report saying that we don't have any backups for that client! If I hadn't double checked NetBackup, I would have looked incompetent.
Some solution would be nice. Anybody?
