Netbackup copy from D2D to Tapes

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Second question :
I have a new tape library as well which I want to take an offsite backup to from the already connected main D2D Appliance
so what do you recommend for me : to have a seperate backup job which take the same backup afterwards to the tape library so having two seperate jobs for the same backup one to the D2D and the other to tape library ?
or
there is an option on the netbackup which enable me to juct copy the backup from the D2D directly to the tape library without having an impact on the client and having the same backup twice on each same client ? and if so is there a specific license needed for such feature?
I have a the netbackup 6.5.5
Thanks & Best Regards,

You can create Storage Lifecycle Policies (SLP) and use them as the backup destination. SLP duplications never impacts client.

Other than SLPs (Enterprise disk or Dedup license req)
1) You can make use of bpduplicate command to create multiple copies of a image that was created by NBU. No need of any license.
2) You can use Catalog Utility in NBU Admin Console to duplicate images. No license required. Have a look here: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO49041
3) You can make use of NBU Vaulting. (License required)
