NetBackup DB Freezes, Backups fail with code 252

Hi All,
We have a problem with our NetBackup DB which freezes anytime, frequency about 20 - 30 days.
During this time, nothing is accessible from GUI or no output from nbemmcmd (seems hung).
HARDWARE SOLARIS
VERSION NetBackup 7.1.0.3
Kill NBDB and by restarting nbdbms_start_server it gets functional again and works for sometime, again need to follow same kill - restart.
Master/ Media on Solaris Global containers, clients inside them as local zones, T.L autheticated via OKM, ACSLS for robotic operation.
Please provide your valueable input to solve this problem.

Have you checked the /var/adm/messages file?
Have you checked the /usr/openv/db/logs/server.log file?
Have you ran: vxlogview -i 111 -d all -b <begin date / time> -e <end date / time> > /tmp/nbemm.txt
to see if errors are seen?
You may be best logging a case with Symantec Technical Support
