Please quote netbackup

Please quote netbackup version and is this a master or media server?

have a look here

My tip for searching problems:
Go here http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/NBUESVR_index...
then CTRL + F in your browser and search for keywords like
ltid
device manager

Tip: Get overview/document your NBU environment. Run 'nbsu' and review the output.

 I would check windows event

I would check windows event logs (application) ... there should always be messages when a NetBackup service terminates
