Hi All
This is not a critical issue but it has begun to annoy me so have decided to give in and ask for help;
I have setup another NBU 7.5 environment using a Dell DR4000 dedupe appliance. The media ID generated for the backups is @aaaab!!!
The customer has asked me to change this so it can be used to identify the storage device. I realsie this doesn't really matter in the overall configuration but the fact that A) I can't find where it is set and B) if it can be changed is really really annoying me.
If anyone could shed some light on this I would appreciate it.
Thanks
Andy

This is automatically created when a 'disk'device is configured, as you are aware.
Unfortunatley it cannot be changed.
