Script <"C:\Scripts\sap-online-backup.cmd"> failed with status: <1>

This log merely says that the script exited with status 1.
You need to check the script output file.

Have you seen this?

bphdb: ERR - for detail error information check file
<C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs\bphdb\sap_stderr.1125113.115905.txt>

Have you checked this txt file?

Have you asked the dba to check the script?
