Hi Prabakar, You need to

Hi Prabakar,

You need to speak with Netbackup Licensing team for purchase of new license for VTL.

Basically you need a license for Virtual Tape Option, its a capacity based license. So no matter what VTL you are going to configure

Most important, you need to go through the Netbackup 7.0 HCL (Hardware Compatibility List) for your Sepaton VTL before configuring with Netbackup 7.0

Hope this helps you.

Hi,   You need the Enterprise

Hi,

You need the Enterprise Disk License, this includes the VTL option. It is licensed per front-end Terabyte so you'll need to make a calculation on how much data your clients contain (data that you'll back up). The amount of times you store the data is irrelevant.

ITs easy ;)
