Is there any place that could I find informations about all Netbackup processes, like bptm ?
I need know what every process make in netbackup.

NetBackup_Troubleshoot_Guide.

NetBackup_Troubleshoot_Guide.pdf Appendix A Functional overview can help you. It doesn't list all the process in a order, but it will tell you for one specific backup / restore who is doing what. there is detailed diagrams for this as well.

NetBackup Processes

Best place to find the backup processes and what they are is to download the NetBackup Commands manuals.

Go to support.symantec.com
Select the NetBackup product
Select Documentation on the right side of the page

For NetBackup 6.5, the manuals are Doc. ID: 290234 for Unix and 290235 for Windows.

NetBackup Backup and Restore Process Flow Diagram

If you are interested in the processes and how they are handed on to each other in a backup and restore this is a good document to refer to.

Most all of the processes are documented in the following manual:
