Netbackup Upgrade to stable version

Hello Guys,

We are planning to upgrade your Netbackup environment 6.5.6 to 7.X

Please suggest & help me out which version is the Best version to Upgrade?

Thanks for your update. I am looking for the stable version. whether to go for 7.1 or 7.5?

is there is much diffrence between them?

please suggest.

Thanks for the update. I am still to get an idea what are the diffrences between 7.1 and 7.5?

why 7.5 is mostly suggested? is there any specific reason?

Same with anything really - it's newer, it has more features & fixes etc.

Have a look at all the new features as well as added support for newer OS versions and databases.

Seeing that you are not experiencing any problems or any pressing need for features added in 7.1.x, I suggest you wait for 7.5 to go GA. In the meantime, read up all you can about features introduced in 7.1 as well as 7.5.
