Hey we have a Proliant DL 380 G5 with an internal LSI Controller, and using OS Netware 6.5 with Sp 8.
We are backing up with Backup Exec Version 9.2 Driber Pack 3.

It´s always running for a while and then the erros occurs.
Error on HA:2 ID:4 LUN:0 HP ULTRIUM920 DRV.                            
A hardware error has been detected during this operation. This        
media should not be used for any additional backup operations.        
Data written to this media prior to the error may still be            
restored.                                                             
Possible corrective actions for this error are:                       
1.) Use a different media                                             
2.) Check the SCSI cabling.

The suggested switch  : load lsimptnw.ham slot= 4 qtag=off     don´t work !!

We have changed the Libary the Tape drive the scsi cable but nothing helps .

Hay anybody a solution.
