Network Activity:smcgui.exe apllication error:In domain user a/c sep is not working, in local administrator it's working

In local administrator a/c sep is working fine, but in same system domain user a/c getting sep error. user have microsoft visuall C++ software. sep is not opening.
After login MS visual c++ opening automaticaly with this error( smc gui-microsoft visual c++[run]

Try adding that domain user account to Program Files\Symantec\Symantect Endpoint Protection Folder and give it read/write permissions
Then check if you are still getting this error.

I guess this is a faulty application error. The saame i was facing in my DB server and after logging a case in symantec, we created a new client install pakages and re-deployed it on to the same PC and servers  where i was facing the Faulty Application Error.

thank you Ajit  did you changed any policy settings because in same environment so many pc working in domain user a/c without getting error.
