Is it just the NS that is doing the discovery or are the local site servers involved? We have some SAN devices we want to inventory in a site were we have a site server. We like to lock down SNMP access to predefined hosts.
I believe it is only perfromed from the SMP. If you would rather a Site Server perfrom this role, please create a Connect Idea requesting this functionality, unless 7.5 already has it.
