Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition

I have Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition and the Network Threat Protection says on yet no matter what I do it always says Definations: Friday, March 13, 2009 r1 . My other server updates and dispplays correctly. How can I get this server to update accordingly?

Did you try the steps below:

1) Uninstall Network Threat Protection from Add / Remove Programs by modifing Symantec Endpoint Protection Installation.

2) Restart the Server

3) Reinstall Network Threat Protection

If not tried, check if that resolves!!!

Thank you for the reply, I have not tried that. I am a new employee at the company and was researching before I made changes.

Thank you so much for the advice. I followed the instructions and now have the network trhreat protection showing a newer date.

I made just a few small changes in the info above burt I am sure it was implied.

1) Uninstall Network Threat Protection from Add / Remove Programs by modifing Symantec Endpoint Protection Installation.

            [ Here I went to add remove and on the Symantec Endoint Priotection I chose chaneg instead of install

               Then On the symantec installer I chose remove network Threat Protection]

2) Restart the Server

3) Reinstall Network Threat Protection

               Then On the symantec installer I chose add network Threat Protection]

4) Restart the Server again as after reinstall it did not show the Network Threat Protection after the second restart it did show the 

restart on the status screen and on Live update the date showed Wednesday June 15 2011    r1

Today after running Live updates all 3 have Thursday June 16 2011 r1 so it is updateing as well as dispaying correct data ion the Status screen.
