Network Threat Protection installed

This issue has been solved. See solution.
When installing Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0, some stations have the network threat protection installed and some don't. Did I do something wrong while installing these?

Hi
Most of the times its just the package we export, by mistake even i have exported with NTP
If you are deploying with GPO , then it seems to be issue.

Can you tell us how you are
Can you tell us how you are installing SEP clients (using some deployment tools, through GPO etc..)?
Is it a upgrade from old version to new version?

did you restart client after
did you restart client after installation? NTP will be shown in client gui only after restart.

As Pete said Network Threat
As Pete said Network Threat Protection feature is available only after restart so on the computers you are seeing NTP must have been rebooted however other would be still waiting for a reboot.
