got an new BE 3600 Appliance.
When I log in I get the message "No maintanace contracts found".
What can I do here.

Check the BE3600 License Certificate delivered to your office or sent to you by email. This certificate displays the details and access https://licensing.symantec.com. Create a profile and login with your credentails. Take some time, read through the page and register your license. This shall help you to download the license file and your are activated to go ahead and complete the applaince activations.
