I have downloaded the New Client Version (11.0.6100.645) and installed the SEPM – assigned the install package to the groups. Set the clients up for auto-upgrade, but it will not update.

Are your clients communicating with the manager?

do you see the green dot on them?

what is the version of clients you have now?

make sure why have assigned 32-64 bit packages respectively

Yes, the clients are communicating with the SEPM.  Clients are 11.0.6000.550 and 11.0.6000.562. Groups are setup as 32 bit clients and 64 bit clients.

I also cannot create the setup.exe file, when trying the “export”

Add/Remove programs. Choose the SEPM in the list of installed programs and select "repair" to repair the install.

That should get you "Back in the New York Groove"  :)

Could you please send a screenshot of the error, you get while exporting.

Also, are there older versions packages already added in the groups? If yes, then first you need to delete the packages for older versions, and then add the new ones

This info was taken from the Symantec File Connect file selection page.

Symantec Endpoint Protection RU6 MP1 (11.0.6100) provides customer fixes since the release of RU6 and RU6a. This maintenance patch cannot be installed over any versions of Symantec Endpoint Protection or Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager prior to RU6. It must be installed over RU6 or RU6a.

I don't know if 11.0.6100.645 is the base product or the Inline Update.  Maybe someone else does.
