  • 1.  New data type with restrictions

    Hi everyone,

    Someone could help me, I need add a new data type in the incident template but I have two conditions (restrictions):

    1. This data type must be showed only a workers specified (or group), and
    2. This data type must be avaliable when the incident it is solved.

    Someone have any idea for solve this requirement.

    I think that's not possible.

    I had a case like your case, but was just a new data type in the incident template.
